We recommend bookings to be made as far in advance as possible and require a full payment to secure any bookings that you would like to make.
Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment and 48 hours' notice to change or cancel pamper package bookings to avoid a 100% charge being incurred.
All treatments are for both ladies and gentlemen unless stated otherwise.
If you plan to use our facilities, please remember to bring towels and any gym or swimwear that you need.
The minimum age for all treatments is 16 years of age.
Please inform your therapist if you are receiving any form of medical treatment, medication or are pregnant. All treatments include a thorough consultation.
For pregnancies treatments and massages, women must be 12 weeks and over.
Gratuities are not included and are left up to your discretion.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time.
