OUR NEW TIMETABLE IS HERE!!
On Tuesday 12th of October, why not come along and join Liam for a Weightlifting Masterclass ? Come and learn how to lift weights safely and effectively from 11-12pm.
Due to popular demand..... we have added another Defined By Movement class on a Monday with the very talented Nathan Miller.
We have a new addition to a Wednesday evening, taking the place of studio cycling, we now have a fabulous new class called DDPY... This class is Yoga turned up to 11!! The only way I can think to describe it to you, is a Masculine Body Conditioning Class with added flexibility of Yoga poses, all done to a rocking soundtrack ! Please come along and try it, supporting our newest PT team member Jamie.
Our Fortnightly Saturday morning classes are now weekly, so why not warm up your weekends with some studio cycling and a quick boot camp session ?!
